We are so excited for the upcoming Minister and Spouse Retreat at the Haymarket Courtyard Marriott, in Lincoln, NE from May 1-2, 2026. This year, we are pleased to have Timm & Miranda Collins lead us in our large group sessions.
Timm and Miranda Collins have been blessed to serve in the local church for over 20 years, most recently planting Capital City Church and Silver Lake Church in northeast Kansas. Timm also serves as the Send Kansas/Nebraska State Director and Miranda works for Church Forward, the KS/NE State Convention. Along with connecting with other church leaders and spouses, they spend time with their two teenage sons on their small hobby farm in the country. Couples from our network of churches will be coming together for a time of fellowship, relaxation, and restoration. Our prayer is that this will be a nice respite from the hectic pace and stress of ministering to others. This event is designed as a fellowship, encouragement and enrichment event for pastors and ministry staff and their spouses. Because of the unique nature of ministry, we limit this event to attendees that fit 1 of the following:

Our retreat begins with dinner at 6:00 PM on Friday and concludes with lunch on Saturday. We’ll have just two large group sessions with plenty of time for fellowship and time alone with your spouse. Our schedule is minimal to allow you rest.
**Reminder, couples need to pay the $75 fee to secure a spot for the weekend. This fee can be paid online, or by check/cash brought to the office. Heartland Church Network will manage all the details with the hotel and meals. If paying online, please use the Minister & Spouse Retreat fund allocation.
